I am an experienced Person-Centred counsellor and Integrative clinical supervisor. I am an accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and I abide by their ethical code.
Many years of working with a diverse range of people and organisations enable me to work well with individuals and couples from all communities and backgrounds.

Whatever the challenges you are facing, I provide a comfortable, confidential space, which is safe and respectful where you can talk about your problems.

My South London counselling practice has been running since 2002.  I worked as a counsellor and organisational manager supporting people with addictions and people from the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgendered (LGBT) communities from 1996. This included a focus on those from Black and minority ethnic (BME) communities and people affected by HIV/AIDS.

Counselling can be short or long term, focusing on specific issues or addressing wider whole-life transformation. I use of a variety of counselling methods, chosen to suit your needs.

At an initial consultation we can decide the way we will work together. You can decide if you feel comfortable working with me, and how best I can support you. We will start counselling on the basis of a shared agreement.
