My approach to counselling

Are you feeling anxious, uncertain, empty and unhappy? Perhaps you distract yourself from feelings like these by drinking, taking drugs, finding yourself, yet again, in an unsuitable relationship?

If so, you may be thinking about taking the first steps towards change. That’s where working with me as a therapist can come in.

I will work with you by providing a space in which you can, with my support, look anew at your situation, think about the underlying causes of problems and begin your process of change.

I will help you identify underlying themes and patterns of behaviour that make you unhappy or unproductive.

I aim to support you to achieve happy and fulfilling relationships with yourself and with others.
