  3. Services Provided
    • I will provide accreditation support via telephone, Skype and email as appropriate.
    • I will comment on any documents provided by phone, Skype and email as    appropriate.
    • Our first session will be on ……… at ………. Follow up sessions will be arranged at the end of each appointment until we agree to end.
    • I cannot guarantee that you will pass you accreditation but will provide you with   my best professional advice at all times. You will be responsible for the achievement of your accreditation.
  1. Payment
  • My fee for conducting a 50-minute accreditation support session is £55.00. In addition I will charge £55 per hour pro rata for reading, commenting on and correcting any documents provided by you.
  • Payment for accreditation support can be made via BAC’s, mobile app, standing order, direct debit. Fees must be transferred to my account at least 24hrs before the start of each session.
  • I will inform you of the time I have spent reading and commenting on documents and will require payment for this periodically and with due notice to you, on a timescale to be agreed
  • I will send an acknowledgement email to confirm each payment I have received from you.

5 Confidentiality

5.1 The contents of sessions are confidential. However, I have regular clinical supervision    where I discuss my practice in confidence.

On rare occasions it may be necessary to break confidentiality. For example:

  • In the event that you are not prepared to act on information you have received about yourself, your client or a third party being in serious danger of harm
  • If you were acting in a way that I viewed as harmful to the client (or possibly a third party)
  • If I share examples of the practice of other therapists or counsellors that will always be anonymised and should be treated by you as confidential
  • Any necessary change to the confidentiality agreement will be made with prior consultation with you. This is in line with the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) Ethical Framework.
  1. Missed Sessions

6.1 I will give you as much notice as possible of any intended breaks.

6.2 I require you to give as much notice as possible of any intended breaks.

6.3 I require you to give 48hours notice of non-attendance. You will need to pay for missed or cancelled sessions not notified within 2 working days.

  1. Complaints Procedures

7.1 If you are dissatisfied with the service provided please discuss your concerns with me as a first step. I will respond constructively and professionally to your feedback and stated needs and advise you to the best of my ability.

As a member of the BACP I abide by their Ethical Framework.
